Studios Post & Prod invites you to read this privacy policy relating to the collection and processing of personal data concerning visitors, suppliers and B2B customers of the Newen Group1.

This policy, presented in the form of questions and answers, details the personal data in the possession of the Newen Group and the use that is made of it. It also reminds you of your specific rights in terms of personal data protection and tells you how to exercise them.

 1. The term “Newen Group” refers to Newen Studios and all its subsidiaries, directly or indirectly controlled by Newen Studios within the meaning of Article L233-3 of the French Commercial Code. Newen Studios is a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of € 31,024,795, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 505 327 940 and having its registered office at 123 boulevard de Grenelle – 75015 Paris.

  1. Why do we collect your data?

We may be required to collect your personal data in the context of our pre-contractual relations or the performance of your contract, your reception and security on our premises and the sending of letters to follow up on your request.

  1. What data do we collect?

We only collect data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

  • For suppliers (with or without presence on our premises):
  • Identity: surname, first name, address, APE / NAF code, telephone, e-mail address, SIREN / SIRET number, INSEE number, intra-community VAT number;
  • Professional life: profession, economic category, activity.
  • For suppliers (with presence on our premises):
  • Video surveillance (depending on the premises visited): images, video.
  • For B2B Customers:
  • Identity: title, surname, first names, address, telephone number, e-mail addresses, internal processing code allowing the identification of the customer, IP addresses.
  • Means of payment: bank account details;
  • Invoicing: payment terms, discounts, receipts, balances and unpaid invoices;
  • Any data freely provided via the contact form available on our website.
  • For visitors:
  • Identity: title, surname, first name, email address, identity document;
  • Video surveillance (depending on the premises visited): images, video.
  • For our websites:
  • Cookies: audience measurement statistics, IP addresses.
  1. Who can access your data?

Only authorized personnel of the Newen Group, as well as our subcontractors where applicable, have access to your data.

When this results from a legal or regulatory obligation or a request from a competent authority, we may transmit some of your personal data (in particular URSSAF, labour inspectorate, auditors, tax authorities, other administrative or judicial authorities in the context of a court decision).

  1. What are your rights?
  • Right of access: You can ask us to provide you with all of your personal data directly. This right of access allows you to check the accuracy of the data and, if necessary, to ask us to rectify or delete it.
  • Right to rectification: You can ask us to rectify incorrect information about you.
  • Right to erasure: You can ask us to erase your data for reasons provided for by law.
  • Right to restriction of processing: You can ask us to temporarily suspend the processing of your data for reasons provided for by law.
  • Right to portability: You have the option of retrieving your data in an electronic format.
  • Post-mortem law: You can set the guidelines for what happens to your data after your death.
  • Right to object: You may object, for legitimate reasons, to the dissemination, transmission or storage of your personal data.
  • For customers only: you can object, without giving reasons, to receiving commercial prospecting from the companies of the Newen Group.
  • For cookies: you have the option of configuring your browser to disable the deposit of cookies. To clarify, the configuration of each browser is different. You should consult your browser’s terms and conditions to determine how to change your consent to the use of cookies.


Please note that these rights are not absolute. You may exercise these rights within the legal framework provided for and within the limits of these rights. In some cases, we will not be able to comply with your request (including a legal obligation) and we will inform you of the reason for this refusal.

  • For suppliers:
  • For relationship management: 5 years from the end of the business relationship
  • For accounting management: 10 years from collection
  • For on-site suppliers only: For personal safety (video surveillance): 1 month from collection
  • For B2B Customers:
  • For customer management: 3 years from the end of the business relationship
  • For lead management: 3 years from last contact
  • For accounting management: 10 years from collection
  • For any data freely provided: we will destroy it without delay if we have no use for it
  • For visitors:
  • For personal safety (video surveillance): 1 month from collection
  • For our websites:
  • For the management of login data: 6 months from collection

  1. Who is responsible for the processing of my personal data?

The Newen Group company, (i) with which you have a contractual relationship or, (ii) with which you visit, is the controller of your personal data.

  1. On what legal basis do you use my personal data?

We use your data in the context of our pre-contractual relationships or for the performance of your contract or on the basis of our legitimate interest in order to ensure your security on our premises.

  1. Do you have any sensitive data about me?

No.

  1. Do you use subcontractors who can access my data?

Where applicable, we ensure, by contract, that all our subcontractors put in place the technical and organisational measures necessary for the security (confidentiality, integrity and availability) of your data, and more generally comply with the legislation in force on the protection of personal data.

  1. Will your data be used to carry out automated individual decision-making or profiling?

No.

  1. Where is your data stored?

As a matter of principle and whenever possible, your data is stored within the European Union.

In the event that a transfer outside the European Union is applied to your data, we undertake that this transfer will be covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or that the competent receiving jurisdiction will benefit from an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
